The colloquium will take place in the "Nouveau Patio" building, on the Esplanade campus of the University of Strasbourg.

How to go to the colloquium

The colloquium is located on the Esplanade campus. Entry to the building is 20a rue René Descartes.

From Strasbourg railway station

You can :

• Walk here in 40 minutes by first going towards the cathedral, then towards the University via the river bank and Boulevard de la Victoire.
• Take a direct tram from the station. Take the "C" get off at the "Université" tram stop, after the INSA building take the "Allée Gaspard Monge" for about 300m. Journey time: approximately 20 minutes, depending on tram frequency.

From Strasbourg-Entzheim airport

• Take the shuttle train to the main Train station (journey is 7 minutes). From there, follow directions given in the former section.

Nearest bus stop is "Palerme". Go inside  the campus in front of the church for about 100m. The "nouveau patio" is the third building on the right.

Please note that there is no car park at the Residence as the university encourage cycling and public transport. Two parking spaces are however provided for disabled residents only.
